Information we collect
- Account details: email address and, if you provide one, a display name.
- Player preferences: division, region, ranking goal, saved players and tournaments.
- Notification tokens, only if you turn on notifications.
- Basic technical logs used to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to sign you in, save your plan across devices, calculate ranking projections and send the alerts you ask for. We do not sell personal information and we do not show third-party advertising.
Children’s privacy
Ace Rankings is designed for junior tennis families. Accounts must be created and managed by a parent, guardian or coach when the player is under 13. We collect the minimum information needed to run the app and never request a child’s home address, phone number or precise location. A parent or guardian may review or delete their child’s data at any time by contacting contactacerankings@gmail.com or by using the delete-account control in the profile screen.
Tournament and ranking data
Rankings, tournament listings and results shown in the app come from published competitive tennis records. Ace Rankings is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the USTA.
Your choices
- Edit or clear your profile details at any time.
- Turn notifications off in the app or in your device settings.
- Delete your account and all associated data from your profile. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Data retention and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, access controls and row-level security so each account can only read its own records. We keep your data until you delete your account.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
