Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and all saved data from your profile. Parents and guardians can also request deletion by email.
Common questions
- My ranking looks wrong
- Rankings update after official results are published. If a result is still missing after a week, email us the player name and tournament and we'll check the record.
- How are projections calculated?
- We apply the published points-per-round tables for each tournament level and draw size, then recompute your best six counting results over a rolling 12-month window.
- How do I stop notifications?
- Turn them off under Notifications in your profile, or in your device's notification settings.
